The group leader is Asso. Prof. Zhenhua He. The main research fields of the Lab. are include optoelectronic films, optoelectronic devices, wide band gap semiconductor SiC, additive manufacturing, big data analysis, deep learning, etc. At present, there are 4 postgraduate students in Lab.
